SkyQuest ("we") takes the importance of your personal information seriously and will make every effort to keep it secure. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, and the rights you have regarding it.

In the course of using SkyQuest's services, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, company name, and password provided at signup. For third-party logins, basic account information we receive from the authorizing provider.
  • Usage Data: The brand names, monitoring keywords, target AI engine lists, generated content, and report configurations you set up. We only collect data within the scope of features you've authorized and used.
  • Technical Information: Log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system version, session duration, and page views. This is used to secure the service and improve the product experience.
  • Payment Information: When you subscribe, our payment processors (Stripe / WeChat Pay) handle your card information and transaction records directly. We do not store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving AI visibility monitoring and content generation services
  • Generating brand AI visibility reports and competitive benchmarking analysis
  • Processing your subscription and payments, and managing your account and permissions
  • Sending service-related notifications (feature updates, account reminders, maintenance announcements, etc.)
  • Improving product features and user experience, conducting data analysis and technical research
  • Ensuring service security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we use your monitoring data for cross-client AI model training or sharing.

3. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • An isolated database architecture with logical separation of tenant data
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) following the principle of least privilege

Your data is stored in secure data centers on Tencent Cloud, compliant with local data protection regulations. We retain your information as needed for business and legal requirements, and securely delete or anonymize data beyond retention periods.

4. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in (session cookies)
  • Remember your language preference and interface settings
  • Analyze site traffic and usage patterns (via third-party tools such as Google Analytics)
  • Provide security protection and detect anomalous activity
